    • Where are you based?  

      I'm based in Sydney, Australia! 

    • Do you ship internationally? Do you offer free shipping?

      Yes, I ship internationally!

      Currently, I am able to offer free shipping for:
      • Australian and New Zealand orders over AU$150
      • US and Canadian orders over AU$250

      I'm always trying to find more affordable options for everyone but while I love living in Australia, shipping fees has always been one of it's downsides. If I find a solution though, I'll make sure to yell it from the rooftops! 
    • How long will it take to receive my order? 

      If an item is marked as a preorder item, it means that the item isn't currently in stock and will be shipped when it becomes available. There should be an estimated time frame in the product listing and can sometimes be up to 4 or 5 months for items to become available. If you purchase a combination of preorder and ready to ship items, we will ship your items together once the preorder items become available.

      Once shipped most domestic orders take from 2 to 10 business days while international shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service (and if there are any COVID-19 delays).


    •  What is this store's return and exchange policy?

      Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on any preorder items. However, if the item is faulty or defective, please contact us so we can help sort it out! Read more here.

      Sometimes, things happen which are outside my control. We try to provide estimated time frames which are as accurate as possible and if things change, we will let you know as we find out about them. Read more here.
